Yoga - Wake up and greet the morning with a perfect start. Beginning - Intermediate level of yoga. Event will take place on the oval.
Walking - Meet at the Visitor Centre for a casual stroll and see the sights of Fitzroy Crossing whilst chatting with friends. Perfect way to start your day!
Ride - Meet at the oval with your bike and helmet ready for a casual ride to the start of a brilliant day for you.
Aerobics - Tone muscle, burn fat, get flexible,feel tall, tight, trim and terrific with Atareta's Aerobics class. Run at the town Rec Centre
Karate - Learn Self discipline, get fit, use mucles, and get an understanding of Kyokushin Karate with Sean at the Rec Centre.
Olympics - Have fun whilst exercising, playing Softball, Frizbee Golf, Walking Relays and Races, under the stars with friendly people set up as olympic style events. We will even have awards and bonus pionts, will be run from the Town Oval

Description of the activities
Pump – a strength endurance training class. With the help of some weights and with the music motivating you this class will increase your muscle tone and definition for the whole body.
Cardioblast - incorporating weights, aerobic conditioning, strength, boxing and core conditioning. It focuses on endurance, toning and fat burning.
ABT (Abs, Butt and Thighs) - low impact aerobics and resistance training, improves cardiovascular fitness, lower body strength and tone.
Kickbox GT— Kickboxing for fitness group training. Feel energised, learn correct technique and build strength; beginners welcome.
Pilates—series of movements designed for improving core stability
Pool – access the pool to stay cool and be active to improve your health in a weight supported environment. Amongst other benefits, improve the health of your heart and muscle tone. Open everyday except Fridays 12 to 5.30pm.
Walk – go for an enjoyable evening walk with others. You’ll walk one or two laps of the Derby Racecourse, and more if you're up for it! Socialise and benefit from being active.
GOLF Day - Have a go at golf! Have a swing and learn some basic techniques.
Wetland Walk - join locals for a guided and interactive walk through the Mankijarra Wetland, 20km outside of Derby.
Healthy Eating for your family - An interactive and practical session on what a balanced diet looks like and how your family might eat healthier?
Improve your mood with food! - Can food really affect the way we feel? This session looks at what we can look for in the food we eat and which foods might be helping or hindering our moods.
How much fat and sugar is in the food we eat? - Take a look at some real live demonstrations to see the amount of fat and sugar in commonly purchased foods. Learn how to make better choices for your waistline!
Shopping Tour - An interactive and informative look at supermarket products and their labels and how to shop smart!
Team Cook Off - Masterchef style, battle it out against other teams to cook the winning meal. Ingredients provided, $5 to participate, and cook yourself a meal. Prizes up for grabs!
